The Best Way to Noticeably Increase Your Metabolism and Burn More Fat Naturally

The experts in the field fitness industry give you dozens of tips to increase your metabolism:

• Drink more water
• Eat small meals
• Eat often
• Build greater amounts of muscle mass
• Get 8 hours of sleep every night

And the list goes on and on ...

I am not here to dispute whether these tips will actually enhance the metabolism. What I'm here to dispute is the level of the impact of these elements in fact the process of metabolism.

We can drive ourselves crazy trying to follow the hundreds of instructions on how to get rid of the fat more effectively. The aim should be not to complicate things, but to simplify them!

I am going to do this for you by telling you is the only way to boost your metabolism significantly, without having to worry about after dozens of rules. But first, let us turn to what is metabolism and why it is important for fat loss.

What is metabolism?
Metabolism in the body (or metabolic rate) refers to the ability of natural calorie burning. Everyone has a unique metabolism that is based on several factors:

• The level of muscle mass
• Physical Activity
• Sex
• Diet

Person's metabolic rate does not include the calories burned during physical activity. It only takes into account the number of calories that are burned to the body's natural functions and regardless of any outside pressure task, such as exercise.

These functions include breathing, digesting food, brain activity, and cell production, recovery, and the fight against pathogens and off the building and maintaining muscle mass.

Out of all the factors that lead to increased metabolism we have, all is almost negligible compared with the best way ...

The best way to increase your metabolism
The best way to improve your metabolism is to exercise every day. Reaction pressure is off. So that calories are burned during the performance of any type of physical activity is not part of the metabolism of a person.

However, physical activity not only burns calories while it is executed. It also leads to burn extra calories during the hours after the session of exercise.

Studies indicate the most prominent metabolic effect occurs from intense weight training and exercises the heart and blood vessels continued for 20 minutes or more.

Exercise so as not only managed to burn hundreds of calories while you do it, but in fact puts the body in a position to burn, of course, hundreds of extra calories for more than 30 hours after a session of exercise.

Every other way the "experts" will suggest to you to increase your metabolism pales in comparison!

Instead of worrying about eating every two hours, drink a certain amount of water a day, or eating a range of specific foods, in order to enhance your metabolism ... Focus on what will make a real difference in your ability to burn fat the natural - with the level of exercise and at least one of moderate intensity for 30 minutes each day.

Muscle mass and metabolism
It should be noted that the second most effective way to improve your metabolism is on the spot by building additional muscle mass; also one of the factors that can only improve from weight training - specifically - strength training.

While exercise is the best way to blow up the metabolism quickly, and to exercise his influence on metabolism is only temporary ...

Building additional muscle mass is the only way to increase your metabolism permanently. Studies have shown that for every pound of muscle you have, it requires up to 50 calories a day to maintain it.

This means add 10 pounds of muscle mass will enable you to burn up to 500 additional calories each day and, of course.

This equates to an additional 3500 calories burned on a weekly basis, and will have a significant impact on your ability to shed unwanted fat in the body over time.

  1. Free Exercise Tips
This sounds obvious to the more seasoned athletes, but it is needs to be emphasized: always start your workouts with at least 5 to 10 minutes of stretching. Get yourself an inexpensive foam mat, or stretch on carpet in your home or gym. Stretching is a great warm-up, and it can prevent injuries down the road.
